game won't start

I have an issue where game won't go past loading configs,it says check my internet connections but I'm on that connection now and it's working fine. Anybody else have this problem

I am stuck in the same spot on the Amazon platform. What platform are you using?

Update: After an hour I was able to restart the game.

Just fought a battle, Google is 5x5 ... no problems at all.
