Screen out for mission level or PVP

in Contract Killer: Sniper
Little bit frustrated screened out when I played PVP event. All winning streak gone. Sometimes when playing mission level screened out. Anyone experienced same thing? How to fix this? I think it might 3.0 caused problem.

    I and several of my clan members mentioned program going black during PvP, and locking up. A new glitch not seen in 2.0.

    Loading but suddenly out of the program.
