New content update ios (17.40pm cet or 8.40am pdt) - what changed?

Hey guys,
Did you notice any changes after the content update? The discounted Tesla offer is over. Didn't notice anything else.
PS. I was relieved NOT to see TIER 12 available! Still working on Tier 11 ;-)

    They jacked up the price of the orca tesla rifle, it was 720 and now it's 1300.

    You can't sell weapons. Oh yeah, they also changed up the layout of the upgrades in our bases.
