HANDLES: User Signed In On Another Device?

This morning when I started up CKS, a pop up appeared stating that "USER SIGNED IN ON ANOTHER DEVICE". It continued to load normally however.
I am now wondering if some of the recent hiccups I have experienced are due to that phantom "SCORPION" we discussed a month or so back.
You never gave me an update and I never saw the other SCORPION again, so I assumed it was resolved.
PLEASE ADVISE !!!
