Kinda Newbie

in Contract Killer: Sniper
I started this game not long ago, and really like it. My problem is, I've just gotten to the part where upgrading my weapon to the appropriate level for the next assignment requires MORE than 1,000 diamonds. Since that is the total limit of storage for accumulated diamonds, how to I "pay" that 1500 they're asking for? I don't understand.

    You need to upgrade your base economy. If that is maxed, then you need to update everything to update your base to the next tier.
