How to upgrade drone?

Support Drone only have 1 type, right?
Must use only XP items to fuse it?
I see you guys talking about upgrade its level with blue diamond, but I can't find out how to do that in game, can you tell me how?

Now i just want to know where can we get those XP items efficiently.
I got some from the League events, I think.
Where else? Elite Mystery boxes?
