WHEN IS LATEST UPDATE gonna be FIXED?

After the update yesterday 9/30/15, the GAME FREEZES at 0% load screen. Can't even play.
Get this FIXED...when?

    On the IOS platform, it has taken a full back to either iTunes or possible even to iClould, then you delete the app, reinstall the app, which is install a brand new game, start the app to make sure it is working, and the do a restore. It worked for me.
