I've been banned and I'd like to know why

I'm playing this game for quite a while now and haven't played for a couple days and now I try to login and I'm banned for what reason. And to top that off I can't even get a hold of customer support

    Well customer support, or anyone else at GLU, doesn't work weekends and since you can't LOGIN, you'll need to post via the forum and send HANDLES a private message ... sorry.

    Question, how do you know you're "banned" if you can't login? Does it give you some kind of error? I know many on Google Play have disappeared after using what appeared to be some sort of hack, so if you're NOT one of those types, you have a legitimate beef. That being said, I don't know what criteria GLU uses for "banning" players.
