Why don't fyber.com honor the gold offers ?

I recently completed an offer for 961gold.Waited a week and fyber.com sent me another email after I sent them proof of my offer completion to send them another email of my offer completion.This is the second time that I have to go back and forth with fyber.com before they can send me my gold .I am still waiting for my961 gold offer from them after a week now.Why are they giving us so much problems to collect on these gold offers when already completed them?
