Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get the game, and all of my progress from a 5s to a 6s? I really don't want to start all over!

That's is real easy, do a backup on your phone, when you get the new one, and you start to set it will ask you if you want to set it as a new phone or with a backup. Choose backup, and used the backup you just did.
To do a back up (in case you don't know) go to setting them iCloud will open another screen choose backup will open another chose backup now. And you be done.
Just when you get the new phone you will need to upgrade the operation system to the one you have now otherwise won't let you load your backup. Sometimes new phones are not updated to the newest operation system.
That should do it.
