... I don't think we've had an event featuring a heavy in 2017; Christmas being the last time.
Not to mention we've had more "peashooters" featured than anything else over the same period of time. I find it hard to believe than there's any real thought given to any of this.

We all have our reasons for competing in any given event ...
... mine starts with the nearly One Trillion Diamonds required to upgrade the TIER 38 Defense Base,
but I do have a couple of other "practical" reasons.
(1) I'm tired of this week after week collecting of milestones in the hope that one day I'll be able to successfully compete in a Global Invasion Event.
(2) I wanted to get the base out of the way ASAP so I can devote ALL of my time to Drone Development which I've been neglecting of late.
(3) Last, but NOT least, make a statement that competition is spawned from competing against our fellow gladiators and NOT from erecting these useless and counter-productive obstacles which "retard" our progress.
If you want greater participation GLU, this is how you achieve it and not by stating that in order to get that "piece of cheese" (an award, by any other name) we need to navigate and endlessly frustrating labyrinth of new gaming features that serve no purpose at all ...
.. increased competition between PLAYERS for an "achievable" goal (prize award) is the formula; not make it so difficult and time consuming (not to mention expensive) that most simply stop competing.
Enough of the diatribe, I've got some "bad guys" to kill. :cool:

Hey Scorpion can you do me a favour please? I read the policy of Glu, but i couldn't find nothing concerning which devices are allowed or forbidden. I also sent e-mails to Glu and Glu Policy....still waiting for answer.
Maybe you can tell me where I can read that some devices like Pc are forbidden?
PS: I read policy of other developers where their Android games are absolutely allowed to be played by PC thru emulator.....thats why I'm asking and wanna be 100% sure in order to not committ another "mistake"...;-)))

I know that some devices work better than others (tablets or smartphones for example). I also know that some devices, configurations or even player behavior are not allowed as follows:
"(c) use any device, software or routine to damage, over-burden or impair the Site or any Applications, which includes the use of a jail-broken or rooted device or tool that enables the operation of the Site or an Application in a manner that is other than what we intended; ....
(d) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or interferes with any other user's ability to use or access the Site or any Application; ...
(j) engage in any act that Glu deems to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of these Terms, the Site or the Applications, including, but not limited to, circumventing or manipulating these Terms, our game rules, game mechanics or policies; ..."
However, I know of no stated limitations of using PCs themselves.
That said, ANY software that causes CKS to function in a way that was NOT originally intended can be construed to mean just about anything OR any device application or configuration.
Essentially this is at the "Sole Discretion" of GLU or it's developers and provides a "wide net" for them to enforce whatever rules they deem necessary.
To be safe, use a non-rooted, non-jail broken "mobile" device and you will be following the rules ...
... anything else is simply asking for trouble.

In the "real world" nobody, except possibly the SCORPION, bothers to read "Terms or Conditions of Use", but EVERYONE better start because the inference of these could lead to litigation, if you're not careful.
The game belongs to GLU and NOT the players. It is provided for our use via license and by installing the application we all agree to abide by the rules that GLU sets forth ...
... it is considered "intellectual property"; just because it's a "game" doesn't lessen the implications.
