I don't know what the deal is, but I've tried the IMEI on my new device and nothing. Previous device #.....nothing. Does Glu use some kind of ghost IMEI after a data transfer? Of course I emailed Glu a week ago and of course no response. Whole process has been a disaster. If anyone can help or has any ideas on what to do I would appreciate it....thanks!

Go to SETTINGS --> ABOUT PHONE --> STATUS --> IMEI INFORMATION.
Confirm that with what GLU has on record (easier said than done). I don't think there is anything you can do from your end (device or game).
