game not loading

Yesterday morning my game began not loading correctly. After coming up saying that it is downloading, it goes to a black screen and freezes. How can I fix this?

    Are you able to stay in the game long enough to send us an in-game message via Options > Customer Care button?

    That is the best way to contact us, as it provides us your game file and other very useful info for any investigation that must be initiated.

    In the meantime, this sounds like a symptom of a device having very low free space remaining. Ensure you have at least 2 gigabytes free space on the device you play on. Try that and let us know via in-game message if you can and thanks!
