I have a recurring gold purchase on the 16th of the month. I opened the game on the 18th and my gold appeared. I used about 30 and closed the game. When I came back later, everything had reset. My gold was gone and I had just unlocked and played 6 episodes of Lava Luau and it was locked again. Lava Luau has returned to normal but my gold never came back.
