can't play at all. won't load & crashes my device

Consistently have crashes but after latest update the game won't load past playing the first pop up ad for VIP purchases. The two times the game actually loaded, it closed down immediately. Or it just locks up my device completely[most common now]. I try to send crash reports but now I can't even do that. I have tons of space & ram. Always run Clean Master to close other running apps & free up space before playing. No sd card in my LG tablet. Have even uninstalled & reinstalled. Google play store error messages pop up right before crashing at times. Even tried playing off line. Please help.
