Updates?

There have been three new venues opened in the past couple of months and I haven't received any updates on my kindle. It is not an older generation, my software version is current and compatible and I've already done a reinstallation of cooking dash. I've emailed twice about this so if anyone can give me any answers it would be greatly appreciated. Also, I know that the updates take longer for the android than for IOS but it's a couple of days, not months. Again, any help you can give. Thank you.

The Team says that their not doing anymore updates on kindle.
