i submitted a concern about the free gold event. I got a response, and they said if I had additional concerns to open a new ticket. I DO have additional concerns and have posted 3 new messages in the last 3 days with no response. There is no way to start a new ticket because that ticket is still there, though it appears they aren’t checking it.

    It does take them a while but they will get back to your ticket. If they don't respond back within 3-5 business days, let me know so I'll take a look.

    Okay. It’s been since July 9. Usually I hear back within 8 hours. I’ll keep waiting
