Missing HD Graphics Button

I just got a new Chromebook, and in the settings panel the HD button is missing. Any idea why or how to get it to show up so I can download the HD graphics?

    Has everything been downloaded on your Chrome Book? Some devices that are high end may already automatically have it in HD. This may be the reason why you're not seeing the button.

    Thanks! I guess I was looking before all the restaurants had downloaded
