Trial of style could not connect

Hello! I’ve already lost a saucer because I cannot connect to trial of style. I’ve tried connecting and re-connecting to different wifi networks and I even used my data for faster connection but still, the venue won’t download. Is there any way to solve this? This is how it looks like...
