Hi,
I contacted customer support for help with a venue that wasn't working, and they suggested I uninstall the game and reinstall it. I was connected to Facebook. I had all venues open, a lot of prep meals, gold and saucers. Years of playing this game. After I reinstalled the game, I lost all progress. I connected to Facebook again (which worked when I changed phones) and still no luck. I contacted customer support, but no response now.
They insisted on having me uninstall the game and now I lost all of it.
