Prep Kitchen Videos Not Working

For the past 2 days, the prep kitchen videos to accelerate the recipes are not working. When you click "Watch Video" it seems the video will play, but doesn't. :(

    This happens a lot in general. I think it's on purpose so you can't "cheat" too much so that you'll be tempted to spend money on this stuff. I'm assuming they don't make too much money on the videos. If it is a glitch I hope that they will fix it, because I'm all about watching videos for gold and prep kitchen characters, but eventually it starts doing that where it'll offer to let me watch a video but then won't let me.
