We're still investigating this. It seems like it's only affecting Android users on some specific Android devices. :/ Will keep this thread updated once I hear back.
Hey there @PeachyyyQ8. The gold crowns is a known issue that our team is aware of and looking to fix. As for the app constantly crashing, are you on Android? If so, can you try relaunching the game a couple of times after each crash (let's say 3-5) to see if you're able to access the game after.
The team is out right now but I'll confirm with them about your upgrades tomorrow. In the meantime, I wouldn't suggest trying to play the same episodes to get the gold crown back. Thanks for the additional info. I've passed this along to the team. Could you let me know if you're using wifi or your cellular provider (and if so, which cellular provider)? If you can let us know which one you are using that's having you crash, I'd really appreciate it.

Can you turn off your WiFi and then launch the game? Leave it offline for about 5 minutes and then toggle your WiFi back on? Let me know if that helps with the crashing. Can you also double check what config you are on? You can find this info on the bottom of your Settings.
Event is live now. Thanks for your patience! :) Please make sure you're on the right config to see this. For iOS it is 4008 and for Android it is 3769. If you're not seeing these numbers, toggle your wifi off and on to make sure it's downloaded. Good luck everyone!
Sorry to hear about that. We've had some players had this happen when they're traveling outside of their time zone or when their device time settings isn't set to automatic. Could that be the case for you guys?
