  • Customer service hasn’t even responded to me about the video issue and it’s been the whole month of April so far. This is so disappointing. I get the goal for videos almost every day, but can’t watch any.

  • Last night, level 1 of ToS changed from Merry Feastmas to Medieval Dines and everything was working fine. Now this morning, I picked it back up on the Taco Train level and it’s doing the same thing. Using the VIP, no coins and not giving credit for completing the level.
  • Same situation with me, too. Lost the VIPs I used trying the TOS twice. 
  • CS did respond to me and gave me 10 gold. Would’ve liked to do the Metal Chef finale, though.
  • They fixed it and I’m in. However, the ads are not working again- I guess it’s either the ToS or the gold videos; we can’t have both. I’ll try to restart my iPad, again. 
  • I can’t play the new one, either, and CS hasn’t responded to me yet about the last one. This ToS looks like one where I have all the venues, too! Figures, right?
  • I just came here and signed up to say I’m having this issue, as well. I was unable to participate in the Metal Chef series finale yesterday, too. It just says that it can’t connect to the server and to check my internet connection. My internet is strong enough to watch the videos without any problem, so I don’t think it’s…
