• I have the same problem for 2 days. I was signed in with Apple. I was having trouble with TOS not loading and decided to uninstall and reinstall now can’t get my progress back either. Have contacted Support in game but just crickets so far.

• I had the same issue a while back. No worries if you uninstall and reinstall you do not lose your progress
