I messaged them when there was a problem with the wheel originally. They told me that they would keep my ticket open and assured me that I wouldn’t lose my spins. I messaged again yesterday afternoon after DashingMike advised us to do so. I still haven’t gotten a response.
I agree! Very disappointing and frustrating. I swear it must have been a system glitch in their settings. I just can't believe the requirements were that high.
