Region 2 Trophy Hunt

So I have the Grantham Lighting Region 2 rifle with all upgrades at level 5, But when I try the Trophy Hunt in region 2 it says I need a region 2 rifle with 82% stability. With my upgrades my rifle has 87% stability anyone else having this problem? and anyone know how to fix it? thanks in advance.
