Deer Hunter 2014 issue?

First of all, why can't I find any deer hunter 2014 forum? Or is it the same as deer hunter reloaded? Secondly, I'm having an issue. My rifle has the required 86% stability for the next mission but the game doesn't seem to recognize that. It won't let me play the mission because and keeps saying the rifle stability isn't high enough. I've restarted the game but still the same issue. At the moment I don't have enough money to buy the upgrade to the next lvl either.... Any ideas?
