Lost all progress twice now!!??!!

I lost all progress twice now and in doing that I also lost real money that i spent on upgrades. Please help me get what I paid fore and also get my progress in levels back. And please do it fast. You can contact me through this thread.

Best way to resolve the issue is to submit a ticket eexplaining the issue and hope it gets fixed; good luck!

Make sure you've updated to the most recent version. If you are still having issues after that, then submit a ticket and tell them you've fully updated.
