this is to encourage everyone to submit tickets when they are having issues. Although it took some time, understandably, with millions of customers, I can fairly say that Glu did correspond and return my lost credits and more. Hats off! thanks Glu team

提交問題要在那回應啊！我買了2900台幣的GlU，錢已經被銀行扣掉，我卻沒拿到glu，取消訂單也說我是訂閱不得退款，真的無言啊
