how do I get more used with my infrared scope? I upgraded for the last time in region 1, it gave me one use.. I don't see any options or places for me to go to get more...

I used YouTube to search videos on the heart location of the wolf, and the videos I saw their stats show they had a few hundred uses left.. what am I missing?

All you have to do is buy the upgrade for the infrared scope for the rifle.
