region 4 & 9 won't play

Start either region 4 or region 9. Screen freezes. Have to reset my phone. Can't even go back to my phone home page. Can't play anything in region 4 or 9. All other regions are working fine. Can't complete the map pieces without region 4 for the lost temple. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!™
