glu gold not registering at all HELP PLEASE

anyone else having this issue my gold is stuck at zero i have earned over 100 glu coins and it wont move off zero collect a bounty says" you have earned 10 gold" then nothing stays at zero same if i watch a video or download an app i even complained that one of the offers i did didnt give me the gold and they said we credited your gold and still nada ....anyone have any suggestions please help
