Missing items.

It's been several weeks.
I've taken all the necessary steps.
I've contacted support.
I've given them all of my information.
They gathered more information.
After another week of silence, I checked the status of my support ticket via the site and its been changed to resolved.
Funny, I still don't have my missing items, gold, weapon, cash, or game progress.
It's exactly the same as it was two weeks ago when I reported the issue.
I guess it was my mistake for spending real money on a game, but at this point I've just been ripped off.
I don't even care about the items, I'm completely fed up and I've blocked the game.
I've had to dispute the charges with my bank. I think this has gone on long enough and it's gone way too far.
My advice would be, never spend money on this game, they will rip you off and avoid you.

After voicing my displeasure with Customer Service changing the status of my ticket to "solved",
I was told that I was being blocked by "Customer Service" for being "unprofessional".
Hi pot, I'm kettle, you're black.
To sum it all up:
I spent real money in their shop, they didn't provide the items, I report it to them, I waited several weeks, find out they have closed my ticket and pretended to fix the problem, demanded a refund, blocked.
That's about as "professional" as it gets.
