Can't play any stage, needs to download everything.

I have complete region 1-8 with no problem. Played region 9 up until hunt 35/40 now it says it needs to download remaining content. After the download of 0.2mb it says check your internet connection. This happens now with any stage I want to play, and hidden region doesn't work at all. What can I do? I'm using an iPad air from South Africa.
