why do I have to buy region 10 pistol when I should have won it for completing Regent

can you answer this question for me why is the region 10 pistol on sale in the new update for region 10 4 200 gold pieces or 180 669 dollars cash when it should have been awarded for completing the Regent Seven Springs hunt which I completed but now I have to buy the gun which I should have won

It's cheap at the dollars price I'm assuming you completed pistol event before the bug was fixed there's a submit ticket header at top of forum but they take a while to respond due to high volume of submissions I'm still awaiting to hear about eagle coins not awarde for region 7 & 9 pistol events I'm missing 63 eagles having got to level 21 in both before the events got pulled for update that's 63 eagles my barton bow desperately needs looking forward to next eagles event release
