Is there really a region 10 available. Im playing on a iPhone 5.
It sounds like a simple question, but the answer is yes for a lot of people, no for some people. Region 10 on iPad has been released and iPad and iPhone usually get updates at the same time, but apparently not this time. You could try searching for "iPhone" in the FAQ message boards, but the solution usually is to wait for the next update if the issue has already been reported to Glu.

I am on an Iphone 5 as well, and I completed it almost a week ago.
Try closing the app (double click the home button, and slide the multitask away) and then reopen it, this seems to work for me when I want the app to find a new update.
