Facebook connect

Hello,

I am playing Deer Hunter on Facebook, now I was wondering if I can connect the game (progress) to my Android device. When I start the game on my Android app I only see the Google+ logo. Can someone tell me if this is possible ?

Im really curious too. I played this game so much on pc and now that's gone, I would like to recover my progress to play it on mobile.
