I remember how cool it was seeing them in the lost temple, were they first appeared! I'm just hoping they throw us some mountain lions, I'd love to blow away some of those nasty dudes! T.F

I don't remember them in the lost temple, and I played it quite a bit. Glad they come up often in this region

yes they are new but there's a glitch
I was able to shoot and kill one of them after they attacked me
he jumped at me Eat my head but I still was able to shoot him

I was also able to kill the attacking tiger while apparently already inside it's belly; just in time for the second tiger who quickly had its mouth surrounding my head. There is a lot less delay between the attackers when it comes to the tigers.
