why are there no now bounties with the new levels and why can't i buy guys with hunter bucks some you can only buy with glu gold i think there should be an option

To be honest, I don't think it's set up terribly. The gap between the buck and gold guns isn't that big. Except for the semi features on gold rifles. They should keep making 2 guns for each standard. Might want to increase the infrared duration on buck guns slightly.

Bounties are still relatively new to the game.
They were introduced with Hidden Region 1 and expanded with Hidden Region 2. To date, new bounties have not been added with standard region releases or special event releases.
I am not surprised that new bounties were not included with Standard Region 12. It would not have fit the usual pattern. I would not be surprised to see new bounties with Hidden Region 3 though...
