no rare hunts ??? not a fun game anymore

Finished all 12 regions, trophy & hunting series and weapon series in region 3,
The only way to hunt now is to buy enough glu credits to buy a bow, which I won't because I still won't get rare hunts.submitted a CC ticket and all I heard from them was to not submit more than once for same problem instead of an answer to my problem. A yes or no if they can fix this would be nice. This is the third time I restarted this game and never got rare hunts.Am playing on nexus 7.
