rare hunts on android

Are there supposed to be rare hunts for region 13 on android? I have seen the issue on this site for ios. I do not have any rare hunts after the region 13 update. All rare hunts in all regions dissapeared.

    rare hunts are r3-r9 and hr1-hr3.
