Missing Gold Purchases

While playing through Facebook, I tried to purchase gold, was told my purchase was complete, but no gold was delivered. I tried to purchase 3 more times, all with the same effect. I received no gold, but my email and credit card showed that I was charged for 4 separate purchases. I sent in a support ticket, and just now got a replay after 6 days.

I contacted Facebook support, and decided to ask for a refund for my purchases, and this is the replay Facebook sent me.
