What the hell is the problem?

I can't believe how full of ******** this game is. I was at level 71 and spent numerous hours and money buying gold to buy weapons for the challenges. My level is down to 35, all of the weapons purchased are gone and when I try to contact them all I get is a recording. :mad: What a waste of F**KING TIME.
