not fully restored

I play Deerhunter2014 on a win 7 machine thru facebook. A while back everything went missing, so I didn't play for a while hoping it would get fixed and come back. Christmas vacation my grandkids love to play with me so we played for a while, this morning I noticed that not everything was restored. missing guns, everything in the hidden regions and all the platinum coins.
