    Exactly my symptoms. Between the sluggishness and the crashes, my iPad has become almost unplayable. My iPhone 6 works great, no hesitation at all.

    I'm using Google play on android and I also can't play. Crashes when I hit next.Have sent multiple tickets with no response! And I also lost all progress when transferred from iPhone to Android. Sux

    You cannot transfer your game from device to device.

    Not perfect but in settings shut off location services and notifications. It will probably still shut down but I have found it is not near as bad. You also will find it won't shut down near as much during the bonus videos
