glu credits dissappeared

Can anyone tell me what happened to my glu credits? I had over 1300 credits and now it's showing 0. I play on android and I have deleted the file and have my WiFi turned on like it says to do in the options and still nothing. Also when I watch a video to earn 1 glu credit, it doesn't give it to me. Has this happened to anyone and if so have you figured out how to get them back?
