What time zone DH 2016 on?

Offer of free power up's at 12 pm....

But, haven't seen them yet......

    I am in central and my times on dh2016 matched my time zone....when posting like now always seems to be pacific time so I am guessing the game adjusts the time shown for extra energy to match the zone you are located
