help please..glu will not register

for three days now.
the glu gol coin points remain @ 0
even when i earn them.
yesturday a screen came up with a picture of the deer steeling the glu and it said they fixed it ang i was given 100 glu gold coins.
i accepted. but nothing was added (in the box top right of screen below money pile)
