Can't upgrade any weapons on DH2014 after Christmas hunt update.

I can't progress any further in facebook on firefox since announcement of Christmas hunt. I am on level 150, trying to finish the trophy hunts in Region 26 but when I go to the upgrade weapon screen I can't upgrade at all. It tells me what level the weapon is in each category, but won't let me purchase any upgrades.
