This is the email I sent a week ago. They said they will give me codes so I can get my money back but can't get my platinum coins,bounties or any progress back. I tried starting over,too boring.....I started the game this morning only to find I had been restarted at level 1. I had finished all levels that have been currently released,including everything except the outbreak event. Also I had finished all bounties except the outbreak bounties. I had 6 billion hunter bucks,over 6,000 platinum coins and 495 gold that I had just bought. If my levels,coins and gold are not restored,I will be done with this game and will make sure nobody else wastes their time on it. I have even spent over $100 of real money on the game because I liked it so much. Thanks for your PROMPT response and resolution to this situation!! Ben Keller

If they respond and do give me credit for the gold I bought,I will update this post.
